Inspired by the love and care showered upon
me by my loved ones and girlfriends during a test of my faith, God gave me a Big Faith challenge which at the time was very
devastating. But when God is ready to move us to that next level, God gives us situations that only Big Girl Faith can
handle! My name is Carole Carter. On September 28, 2004, God moved me to the next level. I was
diagnosed with Breast Cancer. On October 24, 2004 I had a mastectomy and began extensive chemotherapy on December 22,
2004. What kept mme going from day to day was Big Girl Faith! Faith that you know who you are, whose you are and
you have God's reassurance that God is present in-spite of the situation. Big Girl Faith Foundation Needs
Your Support One in eight American women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer within their lifetime.
Women of color have a higher mortality rate, primarily due to lack of access to quality healthcare and late detection. Mission Statement: The Big Girl Faith Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity that provides
spiritual and financial support to women of color who need assistance with household related funds such as rent/mortgage,
utilities, car payment, transportation to and from treatments, groceries and care giving while surviving breast cancer. These women often have nowhere to turn for support, especially financially. One of the leading detractors
of the healing process is stress. How can one heal when rent, mortgage, food, etc..., are issues? The Big Girl
Faith Foundation aims to assist in relief of some of the the stress. We also provide access to financial
planners that can assist in constructing financial portfolios in the unlikely event of a life threatening illness. With your financial support, the Big Girl Faith Foundation can expand our giving to women nation wide. In
